This Privacy Policy and Agreement ("Privacy Policy") constitutes the agreement between you and AFS regarding your provision, and our collection and use of, contact and other information you may provide while using our Site. In this Privacy Policy, the words "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing the Site, and the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to AFS.
By using our Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy. In addition, if you open an account on our Site, during the registration process you will be prompted to click an "I Agree" button, which further confirms your agreement with our Privacy Policy.
The Types of Information You Potentially May Provide
Information you may provide in visiting our Site falls into two broad categories: personal information and aggregate information. By "Personal Information" we mean information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, email address, or mailing address. By "Aggregate Information" we mean information that does not identify you, and may include, for example, statistical information concerning the web pages on our Site that users most frequent. Personal Information
Personal Information includes your name, e-mail address, mailing address, method of payment information and other data that identifies you as an individual.
Your Account; How We Use Personal Information
When you set up an account with AFS, we'll ask for Personal Information relative to our executing your Student Loan Consolidation. We then use this personal information to contact you and in turn to contact final loan servicer. We might also ask for demographic and interest-based information when you create an account. Whether you provide such demographic or interest-based information is purely optional, and you may choose to decline to provide this information.
We also may ask you to participate in an online survey or participate in an incentive-based referral program. You can at any time "opt-out" of receiving such communications by clicking on the "Remove" link at the bottom of any email you receive from AFS.
In sum, your Personal Information is used by AFS to complete your Student Loan Consolidation. AFS does not sell, trade, rent or release your Personal Information to Third Parties without your permission. By "Third Parties" we mean anyone who is not directly involved in the maintenance or running of either our Web Site or AFS, or involved in the execution of your Student Loan Consolidation. If we wish to release your Personal Information to Third Parties in the future, you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" beforehand, and instruct us not to release this information.
Aggregate Information
We occasionally share Aggregate Information, such as data about customers, traffic patterns, sales, and other Site information with partners, vendors, and other Third Parties. This data, however, does not contain any personally identifying information. For example, we may share statistics on how many customers consolidate student loans entered into at a specific College or University. The manner in which we collect Aggregate Information is set out below.
Your IP Address
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is one type of Aggregate Information. An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. When users request a page from our site, our servers log the user's current IP address. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Web site. "Cookies" represent another type of Aggregate Information. Advertisers' Collection of Information
With Internet technology, it is possible for advertisers, as well as site hosts, to collect information through the use of cookies and other technologies, such as so-called "clear GIF" files or "Web Bugs," which are invisible images on a web page that send back information to a Third Party Advertiser's server. Our Site may include advertising in the form of banner ads provided by Third Party Advertisers. Third Party Advertisers may collect information through cookies and Web Bugs and track your use of the Site. The Web Bug may gather information, including what pages users go to on a web site. As the Web Bugs, like cookies, are not readily apparent, you may not realize that your use of advertisements and other features is being recorded in this manner.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the use of cookies or Web Bugs by any Third Party Advertisers, and by using our Site you consent to the collection of Aggregate Information by Third Party Advertisers.

Other Information We Collect
All information that we collect or receive from you through the Web Site is subject to this Privacy Policy. Please keep in mind that this Policy does not cover information about you that we might receive from other sources. For example, eAngler might purchase information from Third Parties in order to supplement the information we have received from our customers. This Policy does not cover such information.
Note To Parents
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act protects the rights and privacy of all individuals under the age of 13 that are on the internet. AFS is in complete compliance with all provisions relating to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
Court Orders, Subpoenas and Other Required Disclosures
AFS will disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Conform to the edicts of the law or to respond to a subpoena, court order, or administrative order compelling disclosure; or
- In cases involving a threat of imminent harm to you or others, to prevent or mitigate the threat. In cases involving such a threat, we will seek to limit the scope of disclosure, and will disclose only such information as is reasonably required to fulfil the purpose of the disclosure.
Other Sites' Policies
AFS does not control the availability or content of any outside web sites, services, or resources to which this Site may link. Concerns regarding any such service, resource, or link should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. We do not necessarily endorse, sanction, or verify the content or privacy policies of the sites to which our Site links, and we provide these links merely for our users' convenience. AFS is not responsible for the cookies those sites might deposit on your hard drive.
Changes in Our Privacy Policy
From time to time we may revise our Privacy Policy. We will post the changes here. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will apply prospectively, and we will maintain any personal information in accordance with the version of the Policy in effect at the time you submitted the information, unless you consent to application of the revised Policy.

This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and AFS with respect to use of the AFS Site.
